How long does shipping take?
All of our candles are hand-poured to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing, plus standard shipping times depending on your location.
Why does my candle look slightly different than the photos?
Each piece is handmade, so slight variations in color, texture, and finish are completely normal. We believe this makes every candle one-of-a-kind.
What kind of wax do you use?
We use high-quality, natural wax blends that are clean-burning and carefully selected to complement our desert-inspired scents.
How strong are your scents?
Our candles are designed to have a balanced fragrance—noticeable without being overpowering. Perfect for everyday living.
How can I make my candle last longer?
Trim your wick to 1/4” before each burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface, and avoid burning longer than 3–4 hours at a time.
Do you offer local pickup?
At this time, we primarily ship orders, but local pickup may be available for select drops or events—follow us for updates.
What if my candle arrives damaged?
We package everything with care, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll make it right.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out—we’re happy to help.
Are your candles eco-friendly?
We prioritize natural materials, reusable vessels, and small-batch production to reduce waste and create a more thoughtful product.
