Shipping & Delivery

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Approved replacements or refunds are issued at our discretion.
